We offer British Canoeing Bellboating Helm Coach Award Courses periodically for adult members of the Scout and Guide Associations which also includes a Scout Activity Permit to lead Bellboating.
The course is organised in two parts. The first day concentrates on safety and theory followed by two sessions afloat dealing with safe practice and manoevering. The second day, which might be two half days or two evenings involves running Bellboat sessions with real youngsters under supervision. The first day will be on a fixed date whereas the second day/half days are organised to suit participants diaries.

The minimum number of applicants to enable a course to run is 6 and the maximum is 16.
